Counselling Sessions

Counselling Sessions

Life can be confusing.

It can be very difficult to understand

the world around us.

You may be in a whirl wind of thoughts,

feeling and emotions.

During our counselling sessions you will be able to explore how you feel alongside your life experiences. I work collaboratively, being mindful of sensitive issues, personal thoughts and emotions. The aim of the sessions will be to positively impact your own mental health by talking openly about your own unique struggles in life.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to share your feelings and emotions, listening and supporting without judgment or criticism. This will enable you to gain a better understanding of yourself, your thought processes, feelings and values. Finding your own path to a more positively balanced life. As our therapeutic journey continues, your self-reflecting will flourish, and you will develop strategies to strengthen your self-worth.

You may have a mental health condition (depression, anxiety, eating disorders), an upsetting physical health condition (infertility), experienced a life changing event (bereavement, work related stress, relationship problems), trying to navigate difficult emotions (anger, low self-esteem, shame, longing a sense of direction) or struggling with other problems (sexual identity, parenting, relationships, self-destruction).

The self-awareness will bring about acceptance of things you are unable to change, build resilience and facilitate change. Nurturing self-confidence. Feeling free.

Let's Talk

The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.

I work with adults, children, couples and also as a supervisor. Sessions are charged at £45 (50 minutes).
